Customer Service & Warehouse Role

If you are passionate about high quality presentation and customer service then we would love to talk. This is a busy, full time role where you are ensuring:

- all parcels go out on time, beautifully wrapped. You need attention to detail, be ordered, precise and tidy to run a tight ship.

- all emails, online chats, and phone calls are managed and handled perfectly. You must have exceptional written and oral skills and be able to understand each customer's needs and resolve effectively, in I Love Linen style.

- warehouse stocktake is conducted in an orderly professional manner, the warehouse is tidy and organised.

- all stationery and office/parcel shipping supplies are ordered and nothing is out of stock that means delayed orders.

- customers are given style consultations to help them make their perfect linen choice. You need to have an understanding of design and interiors in order to guide them through this process.

We are looking for someone who has 5+ years full time work experience, who wants to be in charge and loves autonomy. You may come from a strong retail or customer service background but having exposure to picking and packing would be a benefit. The successful candidate will be one who wants to get stuck in and own the role from Day 1,  with a 'don't worry I have got this under control' attitude. 

It can get very busy with customers contacting you as well as ensuring the orders go out on time (there are part time Pick and Pack staff to assist). You need to be someone who thrives on a busy environment and likes to keep it all under control. 

Naturally, being aware of interiors/design/art will be beneficial!

Are you a final year student seeking to round out their studies with an exciting opportunity at a creative and fun independent retailer? We are seeking one switched on, stylish, intelligent, enthusiastic team player to join our team to assist on some special marketing projects. Must be interested in digital marketing (social media, email, web design), have a passion for online retail,  and having Photoshop or Graphic Design skills (even basic) would be highly regarded. You will report into the Marketing Manager who will ensure you are properly briefed and set up for success. We can’t wait to meet you! Start in November.
