Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. All prices are in AUD and INC of GST.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
- All prices are stated in Australian Dollars.
- The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

I Love, Rewards Loyalty Offers
I Love, Rewards loyalty offers only applies on French Flax Linen and Bamboo Quilt Covers, Quilt Cover Sets & Sheet Sets. A sheet set is a full set of the same style with standard pillowcases. A quilt cover set includes a matching set of standard pillowcases. To redeem the offer you must be registered and signed in and the offer % will be based on your tier and applied automatically at checkout. Offer can only be combined with I Love, Rewards loyalty point redemption and not used with any other promotions. It also excludes items with promotional pricing such as Last Chance Styles. Offer cannot be applied to any previous or future purchases.
We do have minimum order spends for redemption of rewards.

Your points have an expiry of 12mths if no order has been placed during that period or you have not transacted since creation of account.
Please also note that the Birthday Gift is only available where we have had your birthday data available for a minimum of one month prior and the gifts are only sent when you place your next order. We reserve the right at any point to remove gifts from our loyalty offer.
On February 14th 2023 we launched our new store and loyalty program. We reached out to all our existing loyalty members to let them know their points were imported but they need to create an account in order to reactivate points. All customer loyalty points will expire on February 12th 2024 unless an order is placed prior.

Please note that promotion codes are only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed after you have purchased an item. Please also note that some promotional offers will be deactivated at major sale times as these cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You're most welcome to redeem your other promotional offer once the major sale is over and the previous offers have been reactivated.
i.e. Sale codes can't be used on previous purchases and matching Pillowcases can only be bundled in at the $50 bundle price at the time of purchase.
Welcome 10% Offer
Your unique 10% off code is valid when you spend over $150. This offer excludes Sheet Sets & Quilt Covers. Apply your unique code at checkout. This code can be combined with loyalty, but not in conjunction with other offers running. Keep this code handy as you can redeem the code after the sale that is running at the given time. This code will expire after 14 days.

365 Great Quality Guarantee & Fabric Colour Discrepency
365 Great Quality Guarantee
If your goods are found to have a genuine production defect, I Love Linen will replace or refund you for the value of that affected item. Please note, this guarantee does not apply to change of mind, or goods that have been damaged by consumer use (examples but not limited to: incorrect washing or drying, exposure to sunlight, stains from food, colours mixing in the wash). This guarantee applies from the date of purchase for 365 days, after that period the guarantee no longer applies and purchases are considered out of warranty use if a defect occurs. If you believe your goods to be a production fault please contact help@ilovelinen.com.au with the specific details relating to your item.
Fabric Colour Discrepency
Please note that different screens will show different variations of colours. If you want to learn more about the colours please get in contact with one of our designers, or request a swatch. Flax is a unique fibre and seasonality can affect the shade. This means there may be up to a 6% variation in the colour of woven Linen fabrics. Please keep this in mind if you intend to colour match with products from past purchases.

25% Off Bedding is available between 8:00am AEST Saturday 27th April and 3:00pm AEST Thursday 2nd May 2024.
Discount does not apply to Flat Sheets, Last Chance Styles or Hotel Cloud Collection Bedding Quilts, Pillows, Toppers or Packages.
Discount is automatically applied and prices are as displayed.
Free standard size Pillowcase set offer is valid between 27th April and 3:00pm AEST Thursday 2nd May 2024, or until stocks last, whichever occurs first.
Customers must spend $200 AUD or more in a single transaction, after the 25% off discount to qualify for the free Pillowcase offer.
Customers must select their free Pillowcases via the pop up or banner alert at cart or checkout. I Love Linen has the right to select which Pillowcase colours are included in this promotion and colours are only available until stocks last.
Once an order is complete, customers are unable to change the colour of their free Pillowcase set. If customers do not nominate any Pillowcases, we will ship the items ordered only. However, customers can pay $9.95 AUD to have the free set of Pillowcases shipped separately.
These offers are unable to be combined with other offers, with the exception of pre-existing loyalty rewards, and cannot be applied to any previous or future purchases.
If any items from your order are returned and it falls below the $200 AUD minimum spend, you will be charged up to $79.90 AUD for the free Pillowcases, depending on the colour selected, if they are not returned in original, unused condition.
