Feta and Tomato Pasta

A delightfully delicious one pan meal the whole family will adore

1 block feta cheese
2 containers of cherry tomatoes
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic
1/2- 1 tbs Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
3/4 box of pasta

How to make it:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.


2. In a baking dish, add a block of feta, cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

3. Bake for 25 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and bursting.

4. Meanwhile, cook your favourite pasta according to packet instructions.


5. Remove the baking dish from the oven, stir everything together until creamy, then add the cooked pasta.

Rocky Road Cups

Christmas might be over, but these Rocky Road Cups are a staple all year long

You will need:

Fresh strawberries
Marshmallows
Melted chocolate of your choice

(Quantities are flexible, layer as generously as you like.)

How to make it:


1. Melt chocolate until smooth.
2. Layer strawberries and marshmallows in small cups
3. Pour chocolate over the top

4. Serve and enjoy

Marry Me Guac

You will need:


3 avocados
Juice of 1 lime
½ tsp Aleppo pepper or chilli flakes
Salt to taste
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeño, finely diced (seeds removed if preferred)
⅓ cup coriander, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp crumbled feta
2–3 tbsp crushed toasted walnuts
2–3 tbsp finely diced olives
Fresh herbs + extra olive oil to finish

How to make it:

1. Chill avocados and veggies for 2 hours for best texture.

2. Prep onion, jalapeño, coriander, and garlic.

3. Mash avocados with lime juice, chilli, and salt (keep chunky if you like).

4. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, and garlic powder; roast at 200°C for 25–30 mins until crispy.

5. Assemble bowl with mashed avo, crispy chickpeas, feta, walnuts, olives, herbs, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Viral Dubai Choc Bites

You will need:


240g organic Medjool dates
½ cup (100g) pistachio spread
Melted chocolate of your choice


How to make it:


1. Slice dates and remove pits.

2. Fill each date with pistachio spread.

3. Dip or drizzle with melted chocolate.

4. Freeze until firm.

5. Enjoy straight from the freezer

Brussels Sprout & Snow Pea Crunch Salad

You will need:


2 cups brussels sprouts, shaved or thinly sliced
2 cups sliced snow peas
¼ cup almonds, roughly chopped
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
Olive oil
Juice of ¼ lemon
Splash of apple cider vinegar
Small squirt of balsamic glaze
1 heaped tsp honey (or 1 tbsp light honey)
Optional: grated pecorino cheese

How to make it:


1. Toast almonds in a dry pan over low heat until golden; set aside to cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine sliced snow peas and pomegranate.
3. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, ACV, balsamic glaze, and honey to make dressing.
4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss (hands are best for even coating).
5. Top with toasted almonds and pecorino if using.
6. Serve immediately.
