Sleep easy with soft cotton casing with premium stitching ensuring your exclusive filing moves perfectly within each cosy pocket. The filling is a vegan and cruelty free finely spun microfibre that feels like a mixture between feathers and silk. Simply beautiful, which is why this topper feels so special and makes you feel cloud like as you sleep.

Care

It's great knowing you can keep your quilt clean. We suggest replacing your quilt every 2-3 years. Once every 6 months you may choose to freshen up your quilt, so please follow as below.

• Place your quilt in direct sunlight. Note: lay it flat in the sunlight otherwise if hanging you will increase the risk of the filling clumping together as gravity pulls it downwards into the pocket

• Do not rub, soak, wring or bleach or dry clean

• Do not machine wash

Delivery time after your order is dispatched is 2 to 5 business days for NSW/QLD/ACT/VIC/SA. Please allow up to 10 business days to ship your beautiful parcels to NT/WA/TAS and remote locations.

We understand you may change your mind and want to swap your colours – we’re here to help! You have 30 days from receiving your goods to return for exchange or refund, provided the items are still in their original packaging and unused.

We also ship internationally with DHL Express and shipping is calculated at checkout (depends on size and weight and country we’re shipping to).

How does linen compare to cotton or other fabrics?

Linen is a premium, natural fabric compared to cotton. Unlike cotton, linen is free from synthetic fibres and toxic dyes, it becomes softer with every wash, naturally regulates temperature, and is a little slice of everyday luxury.

How do I choose the right size?

It’s easy to get the perfect fit. Check the size guide on each product page, find your measurements, and pick the size that matches. Always double-check your dimensions to make sure it fits just right.

How do I care for linen to make it last?

To keep your linen soft and long-lasting, wash it on a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water, using a mild liquid detergent and similar colours. Pillowcases should be placed in a delicates bag, and for fitted sheets, hand washing or soaking can reduce friction and extend their lifespan. Line drying in the shade is best, though gentle tumble drying is fine. Avoid bleach, stain removers, and dry cleaning. Rotate your sheets regularly and, if storing for a season, use a vacuum-sealed bag to protect the fabric from moisture.

Is linen soft on sensitive skin?

Yes! Our linen is 100% natural, stonewashed, and free from toxic dyes or synthetic fibers, making it gentle and safe for sensitive skin. It softens naturally with every wash, offering breathable comfort.

What if I order the wrong size or colour?

Once an order is processed, it cannot be amended. But don’t worry, if you’ve ordered the wrong size or colour just contact us at help@ilovelinen.com.au. We can cancel and refund your order so you can place a new one. The earlier you reach out, the better the chance of stopping the order before shipping.

How quickly will my order arrive? Is return shipping free?

We ship domestic parcels via Australia Post, and delivery usually takes up to 10 business days. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot control transit times. Return shipping is not covered for change-of-mind returns. However, if your item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll provide a prepaid label for a smooth exchange.

Will the colour look the same in real life?

Linen is a natural fibre, so shades can vary slightly with each batch. If you’re buying multiple items in the same colour, contact us first and we’ll do our best to match them.

Do you have a rewards system?

What does GSM mean?
