We're excited to welcome a new Warehouse Assistant to our growing team at I Love Linen. This is a full-time role based at our Burleigh Heads warehouse, perfect for someone who loves being hands-on, stays organised, and takes pride in getting every order right.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in doing things properly, from packing orders to supporting our customer service team.

About the Role

Our warehouse is where the customer experience comes to life. Every order you pick and pack is often the first time a customer gets to see and feel our linen in person, so precision and care matter.

This is a hands-on, detail-focused role in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Your work directly shapes the experience our customers have with I Love Linen.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and with care
• Receive, unpack, and check incoming stock deliveries
• Process returns and restock items
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
• Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and running smoothly
• Help keep the whole team on track during busy sale and peak periods
  
  

About You

• Positive, reliable, and happy to roll up your sleeves
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things well
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable being on your feet and doing manual handling
• Comfortable using basic systems (we'll train you on the rest)
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, ideally in an e-commerce business
