We’re excited to welcome a new Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant to our growing team at I Love Linen. This is a full-time role based at our warehouse, perfect for someone who loves being hands-on, staying organised, and helping customers feel genuinely cared for.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in doing things properly, from packing orders to supporting our customer service team.

About the Role
As part of our warehouse and customer experience team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every order is packed with care and every customer feels looked after.
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role that combines warehouse operations with customer service support. No two days are the same, and your work will directly impact the experience our customers have with I Love Linen.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with care and attention to detail
- Receive and unpack stock deliveries
- Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and running smoothly
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
Customer Support
- Support our customer service team with email enquiries
- Assist with order processing and returns
- Help ensure customers feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way
About You
- Reliable, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things well
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Communicates clearly and kindly with customers
- Comfortable using basic systems and email (we’ll train you on the rest)
- Previous customer service experience preferred (warehouse experience not essential, training provided)
