How do I join and save?
To join I Love Linen's rewards program, simply create an account by following the prompts above.
Does it cost to join?
Nope, it's free and always will be!
What level am I in & how do they work?
You can see your current tier position and points earned under the Rewards tab in the My Account page.
How do I earn points?
We've made it extremely easy to earn points, so whether you're shopping, creating an account or following our social accounts we got you covered. Even on your birthday.
What are points for?
We use a point system as a way of rewarding our loyal customers so you can save more on your beloved I Love Linen products.
How many points can I redeem at a time?
If available, you can redeem a total of 1000 points which is a maximum of $50.00 per order.
How do I access rewards?
Once you have finished shopping for linen bedding, simply select how many reward points you would like to use in the dropdown menu in checkout or if you are using Shop Pay you can redeem via a code generated in the Rewards tab in My Account and then enter that at checkout.
What are the benefits of the Rewards Program?

Is there a minimum spend when using my points?
Because we offer a generous range of redemptions when available for you to use we do have some minimum spends. Below are the Minimum Spend and the value of the Reward that you're entitled to use. $100 spend & $10 reward applies | $150 spend & $20 reward applies | $225 spend & $30 reward applies | $300 spend & $40 reward applies | $400 spend & $50 reward applies
Do my points and redemption codes expire?
Your points will expire 12 months after your last online order at ilovelinen.com.au, or if you haven’t placed an order yet, from the date of your original account creation. Any redemption codes created and not used will expire after 3 months.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
When you decide to return an item or cancel an order, the points you had earned on these specific products returned will be deducted from your account. Points redeemed as a discount on an item returned can not be reinstated.
Why have my points expired?
Starting from March 26, 2024, we made a little update to our customer reward points. All points are now set to expire 12 months from the date they were earned. For customers who began earning points before March 2024, we extended the expiration period by an additional 12 months from that date to give you plenty of time to use them. We hope this makes sense!
