A couple of years ago my husband and i spent a weekend in the Hunter Valley at well know luxury boutique hotel. We had two of the best nights sleep that we had ever had.. and i mean EVER! Determined to find out the name of the mattress we were sleeping on we asked the owners what brand of mattress they used.. to which they responded that it wasnt the mattress.. it was the mattress topper that was the secret.. long story short.... It was the Hotel Cloud Collection Mattress Topper which we researched on our return home, found at a significantly reduced price here at I LOVE LINEN and within a couple of weeks we were the lucky owners of one ourselves. WHICH by the way we recommend to EVERYONE who'll listen. Makes a difference

The packaging was a bit off putting being just wrapped in bubble wrap and the postage details at the front, for the price I thought it would have some protective packaging for the trip to us. The topper was un harmed and we put it on our bed. It makes a massive difference but is not that 5 star quality we wanted that you get from a quality hotel. We still really love it, but would probably go into a shop to order had we had to do it again - especially when it is this costly.

It does add a layer of comfort to the bed, but it is not as thick as others I have enjoyed at hotels or family members' houses where every time I get into the bed, I have that 'aaah' feeling. Instead, I almost forgot about it within days as it is not that fluffy or deep, not what I expected at all for the price. I won't buy bed products again online unless I have tested them in person.

Q: I wanted to know if the Hotel Cloud Collection™ mattress topper is very warm, only making it suitable for sleepers who don't feel the heat or for sleeping in Winter only?

Q: Will I need new sheets with a deep wall to go over my Hotel Cloud Collection™ mattress topper?
