Am I eligible for your trade program?
Our trade customer base is made up of many amazing industries and businesses. We pride ourselves on creating lasting relationships with but not limited to; interior designers, airbnb owners, hotels and architects etc. If you believe I Love Linen is the right match for your business/projects, we’d love to hear from you.
What is the discount available for trade partners?
Our program offers you access to stylist consults, an amazing discount of 25% off our entire range all year round*. If you plan on making an order that is higher than $4,000 in RRP value contact us directly for a more generous discount to be arranged for you. Contact us on help@ilovelinen.com.au *note: this discount does not applies to the RRP only, not already discounted items/last chance styles/Bundle Builder etc.
Can I pick my order up?
We offer local pick up from our dispatch warehouse in the beautiful Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. In order to pick up from our warehouse please contact us on help@ilovelinen.com.au to arrange this and we will have your goods waiting for collection.
How do trade customers submit orders?
The beauty of our trade program is the ease of online ordering. We’ve designed this program for your customer account to show your own personalised year round discount, no need for codes or one time discounts. If your order does exceed $4000 RRP, please reach out to our team at help@ilovelinen.com.au as we’d love to tailor a more generous discount in accordance with this.
Does my order come with an invoice?
We do not include any payment information inside of our parcels on arrival. If you do require a tax invoice after purchase, please reach out to us at help@ilovelinen.com.au where we can generate and forward this to you.
Can I receive a quote for a potential order?
As our trade discount has been personally added to your customer account, we no longer provide quotes. Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to view a live quote as you add your items to the cart.
