Line drying in the shade is best, though gentle tumble drying is fine. Avoid bleach, stain removers, and dry cleaning. Rotate your sheets regularly and, if storing for a season, use a vacuum-sealed bag to protect the fabric from moisture.

Once an order is processed, it cannot be amended. But don’t worry, if you’ve ordered the wrong size or colour just contact us at help@ilovelinen.com.au. We can cancel and refund your order so you can place a new one. The earlier you reach out, the better the chance of stopping the order before shipping.

We ship domestic parcels via Australia Post, and delivery usually takes up to 10 business days. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot control transit times. Return shipping is not covered for change-of-mind returns. However, if your item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll provide a prepaid label for a smooth exchange.
