We've served over 100,000 customers since 1999.
We began with one store in Queensland, and you know what? It's stil there. With our online store, shops, and pop up shops at lifetsyle events (HIA Home Show, Herald Sun Home Show, Grand Designs Home Show etc) we're pretty good at giving good service and advice, and we have so many repeat customers that we're proud to say we do have a winning combination of exceptional quality with the kind of service you only get when you have a family running the business.

We are a team of talented, passionate interiors experts with an eye for quality and a goal to give customers amazing value-for-money purchases everyday.
At the I Love Linen headquarters there are 3 talented buyers (Anna, Sarah, and Lauren) who spend their days sourcing and negotiating the best deals for our customers, so they can rest, relax, and entertain in style without breaking the budget. We've worked hard to grow relationships with major suppliers who stock major retailers - this is our competitive advantage and we pass this on to you.

There's also in house designer Tilly who makes our website and packaging look pretty, Lauren also doubles as our gun Marketing Manager and Emily the Marketing Assistant who spend their days consumed with all things media, our Operations Manager Jill who has a ninja like approach to packing and shipping your parcels out with great speed, and of course our CEO and Founder Jan, who has worked in the linen business for 17 years and knows a thing or two about thread count and cotton. We've also got a whole team of instore consultants in our many stores across Queensland who are incredibly knowledgable about linen and love being able to educate customers to make the best value for money choices for their own homes.

We don’t charge enormous markups.
We have access to suppliers that stock many of the major retailers - as we said, it's our competitive advantage and we pass this on to you. You will find the products we sell lining the shelves of many of these retailers and on other online sites and find that the prices are much, much higher.
