How can you track your order?
If you're are seeking to tracking your order follow these steps:
1. If you have received an email from I Love Linen saying your order is on its way then you will also have been sent an email from Australia Post with your Tracking Number
2. Find the email from Australia Post. If it's not in your inbox please check your junk mail
3. Using that Tracking Number please go to Australia Post and tracking directly CLICK HERE TO TRACK with your tracking number you have been provided
4. Your order will not be dispatched if you have ordered any item that is on 'Pre Order'. In case you missed this information, check if your items are on Pre Order by heading to the product page and selecting the size you have ordered and a Pre Order message with a bright orange heading will appear below the 'add to cart' button to advise your item is on Pre Order as well as the date it is expected to arrive
What do you do if Australia Post has delayed your delivery?
Please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for them to assist. As much as we would like to control everthing, shipping delays due to bad weather, major events or an overloaded network are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays, but we hope it doesn't get to that stage and you receive your order as expected naturally!
How can I check shipping times?
Below are the dates we had provided so you can check the cut off times for shipping, if you ordered by those dates then Australia Post is seeking to deliver to you.
