Why linen is great for kids too
Linen regulates heat, naturally. You will notice your linen has a cool, dry textured feeling. This is due to it's natural heat-regulating properties, allowing you to stay warm in Winter and cool in the very peak of Summer. Antibacterial and hypoallergenic, these natural fibres do more than look pretty, and it's our first choice for sensitive skin.
Time and love goes into making your linen; for the most part, all of our items are made by humans, not machines, while we state the intended sizes and measurements, there may be a variation of up to 6%, reflecting that each piece is unique and made by human hand.
Flax is a unique fibre and seasonality can affect the shade. This means there may be a 6% variation in the colour of woven linen fabrics. If you intend to purchase items in a particular colour in different product types (e.g. quilt cover, fitted sheet) on their own or at different times, please get in contact with us prior to purchase to ensure we can guarantee a perfect match. We hope you understand this is not always possible because each batch will show different seasonal colour variation.
Caring for your linen
Stonewashed linen is a delicate fibre, so follow all the steps in our care guide to ensure all the fibres are maintained.
Fitted sheets in particular receive the most use and will require the most care. Rotate it frequently and opt to hand wash / soak it gently
Gentle cycle, cold or warm wash (do not bleach or dry clean)
Line dry out of direct sunlight is best, but occasional warm tumble dry is okay (just keep in mind that heat increases the speed of wear and tear on any fabric)

In case you were wondering...
We’re based in Australia, and bed measurements (as well as size names) vary from country to country. We strongly suggest reviewing the size guide to ensure you purchase the perfect size for your bed.
Our Fitted Sheets are available in three depths - shallow, standard and extra deep. While 40cm is most common, some more modern memory foam mattresses are best suited to 30cm. To measure your mattresses depth, measure from the base to the top of the mattress along the pocket seam.
Standard Pillowcases are 50cm x 75cm, designed to fit a little larger as we wanted the relaxed and elegant linen look.
