Our team is working hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. For the best chance of delivery before December 25 2021, please place your order no later than:
Australian Orders:
- Standard Parcel Post Monday 13 December 2021
- Express Post Thursday 16 December 2021
Once your item leaves our warehouse, please use Australia Post tracking for shipping updates. If you are located in Perth or Darwin, please allow an additional 7 business days for delivery.

International Orders:
If you're located outside of Australia, your item will be shipped using DHL Worldwide Express. Please place your order by Saturday 18 December, 2021.
Any items bought using pre-order will be shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse.
If an item is on pre-order, please refer to the individual pre-order message on the product you are interested in, or refer to the estimated restock arrival date on your invoice if you have already placed an order.
One if the best gifts you can give is that of choice! Allow your loved one to pick exactly what they want, when you purchase an e-Gift Voucher.
Our electronic Gift Vouchers are sent directly to the receiver's email at the date and time you select. This must be done at checkout when placing your order.
If your gift isn't exactly what they want, don't stress! We have a 45-day extended returns policy.
Please note, we can only accept goods that have not been opened or used. We define opened as out of its original folded condition, with ribbon and tags removed. Please respectfully, do not open and place items on the bed even for short periods of time to check colours. Our parcels are wrapped to allow ample fabric for colour checking. Please note for health reasons, we cannot accept any pillows, mattress toppers or quilts once they have been purchased so please choose carefully!
Please note we do not exchange or replacement stock whilst waiting for a return parcel to arrive. As a result, items can sell out whilst your items are in transit. If this is the case for your return, please check with our team to see when those items will be back in stock.
